Job Description:

As a Marketing Executive with us, you will play a crucial role in contributing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. You will be responsible for a range of marketing activities – digital and traditional, including branding, social media management, event planning, and website management.

Key Responsibilities:


Branding and Brand Strategy:

  • Contribute and maintain the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine and evolve the brand strategy as the company grows.

Social Media Management:

  • Create and manage content for various social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X, Instagram) to engage our target audience and increase brand visibility.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and improve our social media presence.

Website Management:

  • Work with the Kit-AR team, ensuring that content it is up-to-date, relevant, visually appealing, and provides a user-friendly experience.
  • Collaborate with our web developers to implement necessary updates and improvements.

Content Creation:

  • Produce high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, and multimedia content, to showcase our expertise, our product and the US.
  • Develop a content calendar to maintain a consistent publishing schedule.
  • Regular outreach/posts/content across all communication platforms

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and optimization.

Event Planning:

  • Collaborate, coordinate, and execute both virtual and in-person events, including webinars, conferences, workshops, and product launches.
  • Collaborate on all aspects of event logistics, from concept to post-event follow-up.

Internal Communications

  • Manage the internal communications within Kit-AR to ensure all relevant company information is disseminated and understood by all colleagues.
  • Actively support Senior Management in delivery of company announcements, events, away days etc.

Job requirements

Your skills/knowledge base:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience, 2-3 years in marketing roles, preferably in software, technology or startup environments.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to develop and maintain a cohesive brand identity.
  • Proficiency in social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics.
  • Experience in event planning, from concept to execution.
  • Proficient in website management, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress), and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for marketing, technology and innovation.
  • Experience/exposure to AR/VR/MR is highly beneficial.
