Role Overview

You’ll be responsible for supporting core HR activities — from tech recruitment to employee relations and compliance — while helping to foster a positive and high-performing culture. You will play a key role in evolving and strengthening our people operations as the company grows.

In Your Daily Work You Will:

• Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from drafting job descriptions and sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and delivering offers

• Serve as a point of contact for HR-related queries, providing day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, ensuring alignment with employment laws and best practices

• Manage employment contracts and documentation, ensuring compliance with Portuguese labor laws and providing support for compliance in the UK, Spain, and Norway, in line with internal policies

• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality

• Support and improve HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement initiatives

• Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns or conflicts in a fair and timely manner

• Help ensure the HR function scales effectively as the company grows.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Proven experience in end-to-end tech recruitment, including working with different job boards and tools such as Linkedin Recruiter

• Solid understanding of employment laws and HR compliance in Portugal

• Familiarity with labor regulations in the UK, Spain, and Norway is a strong advantage

• Experience managing employment contracts and HR documentation across multiple jurisdictions

• Familiarity with HRIS platforms — experience with Factorial is highly preferred

• Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken) is required

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, problem-solving approach

• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly

• Nice to have: Experience working with or supporting remote and distributed teams.
